CAMP COOKS
Our camp cooks ensure that our veterans are well-fed and satisfied during their stay. You can rest assured that hunger will not be an issue, as our skilled cooks are always on hand to provide delicious breakfasts, dinners and bag lunches before you embark on your day of fishing.
The Meives family generously provides the first dinner, which is a highlight of the camp experience, featuring Brian's famous smoked ribs that are sure to bring you back for seconds. Additionally, we are grateful for the support of local businesses in the Phillips area, who donate a variety of sides to complement the main dishes and our second day's dinner.

IN MEMORY OF DAVE CARLSON
The last night at camp is always a special night for many of us. We celebrate with a fish fry tradition in honor of Dave, who started it all. Linda, Dave's wife, brings her famous coleslaw and tarter sauce that you won't be able to resist. And to make even better, we've added mouth watering cobbler to the menu in recent years, making it a Carlson tradition you won't want to miss!
